We try to ship every order as quickly as we can. If an item is back ordered, we will get back in touch with you. You can return anything you purchase within one month of the purchase as long as you return it in "like new" condition. You pay for the cost of the return unless you're returning a faulty pen.

Our pens should last a life time if you take care of them. We offer a one month return policy if you don't want what you ordered. You will pay for the cost of return. We accept returns as long as they are "like new" meaning there is nothing more than ink on the items. We will publish a European address where you can return your items by the end of November 2025.
